Admission requirements

Candidates for the Global Distance MBA program should meet the following general admission requirements:

  1. At least three years of work experience as a manager or policy maker;
  2. Proficiency in the English language (a score of at least 550 on the Test Of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), 213 for the computerized TOEFL test, or a corresponding standard on a similar test);
  3. At least a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or similar institution, or its equivalent.
    In the event that applicants do not meet the minimum qualification of a bachelor's degree, they need to support their application with a score of at least 550 on the GMAT test.

The application form needs to be supported by the following authentication (if the documents mentioned below are not in English, a certified English translation must be attached):

  1. Certified copies of the relevant university degree(s);
  2. Transcripts of academic records, including the issuing school’s seal or stamp;
  3. Two referee report forms, completed, signed and accompanied by a letter of recommendation from a person who is well acquainted with the candidate’s work and studies;
  4. Acceptable proof of proficiency in English, preferably a certificate from a British Council Office, a USA Embassy or TOEFL;
  5. An official GMAT score certificate with a score of at least 550 (required in the event that no bachelor's degree (or higher qualification) can be submitted);
  6. Proof of work experience (letter on official letterhead paper, signed by the employer);
  7. Proof of sufficient financial support;
  8. A copy of a valid passport, or – for EU citizens – a valid ID card
